Ask questions in your browser, against the copy on your own machine.

Start it

Finish Installation first; Docker Desktop and Ollama must be running. Then, in the project folder:

make app-install

make app-build

make app

Open http://localhost:8765. The first two commands are needed once, and again after an update.

Screens

• Ask: a question and a date. The agent's answer, with every cited rule clickable, a confidence badge that says whether the score passed its calibration check, and the sources it read with their validity dates.
• Search: the passages in force on a date, without an answer.
• What changed: two versions and, optionally, one rule. Rules are matched by wording, never by number.
• Versions: every version and when it was in force.

Clicking any reference opens the rule's text, with its version and dates.

Errors

The same messages as the MCP tools, shown in the page: start Docker Desktop and run make db-up, start Ollama, or run make doctor, make ingest or make fetch, whichever the message names.
